How it started
TINCS Technology was founded on a simple belief — that technology should make life easier for the people who use it. After years of working on large-scale technical projects, we saw a pattern: too often the focus was on delivery, not usability. Systems got built, deadlines were met, but the end experience — the part that actually matters — was left behind.
TINCS was created to change that. To take the same technical skill and rigour seen in enterprise environments, and apply it with a more thoughtful, people-focused approach. We combine hands-on engineering with genuine care for usability, reliability, and long-term value.

TINCS exists to simplify the complex. We believe technology should be an enabler — not a barrier. Our role is to cut through the noise, absorb the technical complexity, and deliver solutions that make a real difference.

We believe in two things — making it work, and keeping it simple.
1. We can make it work. No matter the challenge, there’s always a way forward. Whether it’s rebuilding legacy systems, integrating new technology, or finding creative solutions to unusual problems — we’ll figure it out. TINCS thrives on problem-solving, not excuses.
2. Keep it simple. Technology shouldn’t be harder than it needs to be. We focus on clarity, usability, and reliability — cutting through unnecessary layers of complexity, so the people using it don’t have to think twice.

TINCS is growing with a clear focus — to build, deliver, and support technology that genuinely matters. We’re expanding in two directions: developing managed services that give clients ongoing reliability, and continuing to lead on project delivery — the work that makes new ideas real.
